Joana Sá
Joana started her career as a recruiter in 2021 when major changes in the market occurred. Specialized in technical and technological positions she is now the mentor of this project and the main talent sourcer.
In parallel, she still works in her other passion: education.
Worked before in the City Council of Carnide - Lisboa as secretary, also in the education department.
She also worked on cultural projects and in a major social project at Bairro Padre Cruz.
Filipa Ribeiro
Filipa likes to challenge herself to implement differentiating projects that allow her to consolidate the trust of the clients and to gain the trust of new clients, which contributes not only to the increase in performance but also to consolidate the status of the company represented.
First, as a Sales & Project Manager, she worked to develop and optimize sales analysis capacity, to be objective and precise, which contributed to the development of a more detailed and assertive action plan for her main accounts, improving also the performance, growth, and surpass the objectives that have been proposed.
As a people manager she took leadership by example, which allowed her to create an environment of trust, mutual help, and team spirit, allowing him to successfully overcome the challenges and face them as opportunities. She works to encourage reports to build a good development plan, providing tools and giving them conditions, to progress in their careers.
Started to recruit in 2022, she became passionate about this area, and her expertise as a project manager and the medical and biomedical area became a big plus in finding the right talent for that area and companies.
Mateus de Oliveira Ramalho
Mateus de Oliveira is an experienced professional with over two years of experience of recruitment as a freelancer, specializied in identifying top talent and aligning candidates with optimal career opportunities. His expertise centers on ensuring mutual compatibility between candidates and employers. He assured organizational success through his strategic talent acquisition. Mateus is recognized for his outstanding communication abilities, intuitive approach, extensive networking proficiency, adept negotiation skills, and comprehensive knowledge of industry dynamics.
Mateus is also serving as a BackOffice Team Leader, where he oversees a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional operational support and driving continuous process enhancements.
Previously, he excelled as a First-Line Manager, leading a team in a Social Media Project, focusing on advertising support and fostering individual development to achieve peak performance.
Mateus's core competencies encompass KPI management, enhancing customer experience, training initiatives, effective problem-solving, leadership, collaborative teamwork, resilience, and advanced proficiency in Power BI.
Located in Lisbon, Portugal, Mateus actively contributes to organizational growth and innovation through streamlined operations.
